Weddings 

 

DAY OF COORDINATION


Julianne Designs offers Day of Coordination services for weddings. Day of coordinators are responsible for the flawless execution of the already made plans for the wedding. Our role as the day of coordinator is to oversee vendors, manage the timeline, and overcome any last-minute challenges that may arise. Depending on the size and complexity of your wedding, day of coordinators are essential to making an event run smoothly. The services we offer ensure that the burden of the event is not on you on your special day.

Julianne Designs Day of Coordination package includes:

  • One to two coordinators depending on the size and complexity of the event

  • Meeting one month prior to event to agree upon timeline and flow of event

  • Julianne Designs will be main point of contact between vendors 1 week leading up to event and event day. All questions and concerns from vendors will be filtered through a Julianne Designs coordinator and attempt to be resolved before coordinator will go to couple.

  • Julianne Designs will oversee vendors and ensure they are completing their jobs as contractually obligated to.

  • Coordination of wedding rehearsal

  • “Wedding Day Survival Kit” – all of the essentials you don’t think you need – first aid kit, sewing supplies etc.


WEDDING PLANNING, DESIGN AND DECORATION


Julianne Designs offers planning, design and decorating services for weddings. Wedding planners are great for any wedding – big or small. Wedding planners work with the couple to plan their wedding months – sometimes years, in advance. They assist couple to book vendors, outline the vision of the couple, as well as offer coordination services. Julianne Designs offers design and decoration services, which include creation of wedding theme, guest table decorations, centerpieces, backdrops, etc. 


Julianne Designs wedding day packages include

  • Silver Package 

  • the Silver Package is a hybrid of the Day of Coordination package and the Gold Package for all-inclusive wedding planning. The Silver Package is great for brides who may not know where to start with planning, but still want to plan some of their wedding. 

The Silver Package includes

  • Includes full Day of Coordination Package

  • Three planning meetings prior to wedding date 

  • Julianne Designs will be main point of contact between vendors and couple 3 months prior to wedding date

  • Will assist couple with organizing decorations, party favors, floor plans and seating charts.  

  • Rental costs from Julianne Designs and outside entities are not included in this package.

  • Gold Package 

  • Includes full Day of Coordination Package and Silver Package

  • Will shortlist vendors for couple, schedule meetings with vendors, and serve as main point of contact from beginning of planning period to the wedding date

  • Will assist couples in the creation of their wedding theme, deciding on decorations, colors, etc.

  • Will provide couples with proposed seating charts, floor plans, and timelines.

Á LA CARTE SERVICES

  • Vendor Short Lists: includes meeting with couple to find out what they are looking for in a vendor, Julianne Designs will research and develop a list of vendors who fit the couple’s vision.

  • King’s Table or head table with backdrop 

  • Guest table decorations

  • Welcome table decoration with welcome sign 

  • Ceremony arch/backdrop 

  • Balloon Garland
